All Vender's products are covered with a 60 day return to Vendor warranty for the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover cosmetics such as discoloring and minor cracks, or problems due to software that is improperly installed or defective. All sales are final subject to warranty provisions. At The Auction Depot's discretion they will replace, or repair or refund your purchase within 60 days from delivery. The customer is responsible to notifiy us and request a Return of Merchandise (R of M) and to pay for return freight charges. The vender will pay for shipping back to the customer provided that a defect exists. You are encouraged to contact us by email at The Auction Depot Limited to clarify your warranty concerns. Please allow 14 days to resolve your warranty issue.
Products that are not found to be defective will be returned with an additional charge for service inspection and shipping.
For your convenience, we have set up the customer service department to respond by email. When contacting us or the Vendor please include as much detail as possible so that we can respond quickly. The important details about your bid will be found on any email that we have sent to you during the bidding process. The minimum that we need is your name.

The following is our general shipping policy. Shipping costs may be declared in the detail section of this page for a specific product and is the cost use. Orders will only be accepted for Canada and The USA (shipping to will be higher when air freight is required). If normal courier service by our designated shipper is not possible to your location the order will be canceled and notice sent to you by email.
Please provide an address that we can deliver to during normal business hours. A shipping instructions field is provided on the bid form for unique directions. We cannot deliver to Military Bases, P.O. boxes or addresses where no one is available to sign for the package.
Please note any special Shipping Instructions needed (located on the Bid Form).
For example:
- Shipping instruction to another address.
- A request for delivery on skids.
- Contact name for delivery.
- A commercial address for delivery.
- Alternate phone numbers.
- Anything that will help the courier get the package to you.
Shipping , handling charges, applicable duty, and brokerage, will be charged as follows by The Auction Depot.

Some computers are bundled with a monitor and are considered 2 shipments. In addition, taxes will be charged as required by local government regulations. Canadian orders will add GST and Ontario orders will add PST. If you are a Canadian retailer then please include your PST exemption number. For US resellers please include your TIN or business licence so that we can display it on the shipping slip
Shipping costs from the US to Canada is dependant on the product type, weight and destination and will be determined at the time of shipping. Brokerage charges will be added by the courier.
Please note that each unit is shipped individually, and charged separately and allow 2 weeks for delivery.
